One of the points of the State Program of the Russian Federation "Development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food", "Strategy for the development of agro-industrial and fisheries complexes of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 8, 2022 No. 2567-r)" is the technical and technological modernization of the agro-industrial complex, without which, with the equipment used, it is impossible to fully ensure import substitution with competitive products and increase the economic security of the country.
In Russia, six-meter seeders are in the greatest demand, as they are aggregated with class 2 tractors (MTZ-1221, MTZ-1523 and their analogues), which are available in almost every farm. At the same time, modern row-crop cultivators have the ability to sow row grain crops and industrial crops while simultaneously applying fertilizers.
As a result of field tests of the 2BQ-8F-MTR seeder, it was found that it provides high-quality indicators of sowing seeds of row crops (according to agrotechnical requirements) and operational indicators of the sowing unit. It has been established that the 2BQ-8F-MTR seeder should be paired with Class 1.4 tractors (such as the MTZ-82 and their equivalents) in a trailed configuration to meet the above requirements, or with Class 2 tractors (such as the MTZ-1221, MTZ-1523, and their equivalents) with engine power up to 150 hp in a mounted configuration. At the same time, the track width of the rear wheels of the tractor should be ensured in such a way that the third and sixth seeding sections do not fall on their tracks.
Keywords: 2BQ-8F-MTR seeder, class 2 tractive tractor, operational and technological assessment, sowing of corn seeds, sowing of sunflower seeds, technological process, quality indicators.
