All reviewers are acknowledged experts on the subject of the reviewed materials and have publications on peer-reviewed articles for the last 3 years.  The journal review all submitted materials relevant to its subject, for their expert evaluation. On each article two reviews (internal and external) are made by the scientists having PhD. The model of peer review is single-blind peer review (single-blind reviewing): reviewer knows the author's name, but the author does not know the name of the reviewer.

The editors of the journal send the copies of the review or a reasoned refusal  to the authors of the submissions and shall also send copies of reviews to the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation.

The review concludes about the possibility of publishing the article. It can be in three ways: a) the article is recommended for publication in the journal; b) the article is recommended for publication in the journal after the elimination of identified draubacks; C) the article is not recommended for publication. Reviewer's signature shall be certified by the personnel department of the institution where he (she) works.

Re-review is carried out after the submission of the corrected article within not more than 30 days. In case of three times re-return of the manuscript with the reviewers ' comments, the question of its acceptance or rejection is discussed at a meeting of the editorial Board.

The decision on publication is made in accordance with the Charter of the editorial Board by the editor-in-chief on the basis of scientific reviews and opinions of the members of the editorial Board. When deciding on the publication of the article the editor in chief is guided by reliability of data presentation and scientific importance of the work.
